By using SinglePheromones.com, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

Seller – Inter Technologie, owner and operator of SinglePheromones.com.
Customer / Buyer – Any person or entity making purchases on SinglePheromones.com.
Products – Items offered for sale, including pheromones, atomizers, and other goods.

2. Ordering and Payment

Orders are placed via SinglePheromones.com and confirmed by email.
Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes.
Payment methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods listed on the website.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided during ordering.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the chosen method.
Delivery times vary by location and shipping option.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU and Polish consumer law, Customers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the products.
To exercise this right, notify the Seller and return the product in original, unopened condition.
Refunds are made within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.

5. Unique Guarantee of SinglePheromones.com

In addition to statutory withdrawal rights, Customers may return one full-size pheromone product from their first order within 365 days if it does not meet expectations.

Full refund of the product price and shipping cost up to 20 EUR is provided. Premium shipping costs above 20 EUR are not refunded.
Applies only to one full-size pheromone product from the first order. Placing another order is considered resignation from the Guarantee.
The Guarantee does not limit statutory withdrawal rights.
Can be used once per person, household, email, phone number, payment method, IP, or shared device. Abuse may result in refusal.
Does not apply to samples, non-pheromone products, free items, or prizes.
For Sets, only one product may be returned; refund is proportional to any set discount.
To claim the Guarantee, complete the return form and send the product with proof of purchase to the Seller’s address.
Refunds are issued within 10 business days to the Customer’s bank account.
Interest retained in Seller’s account is not refundable; no additional compensation is provided.

Legal reference: Article 286 of the Polish Criminal Code covers fraud related to returns.

6. Cookies

SinglePheromones.com uses cookies to improve user experience: login, preferences, comments, and embedded content.
Temporary cookies verify if the browser accepts cookies; login cookies last 2 days, screen options cookies 1 year, “Remember Me” cookies 2 weeks.
Cookies for editing/publishing content last 1 day.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are resolved by competent courts in Wrocław, Poland.
